Writing Freelance... Actually Doing It

So I have been an online writer and author for a while now. I know some of you are here for writing tips and that's what this blog is going to cover. After a lot of soul searching, I realised that I needed to keep the popularity of the crystals I hunt and my written work as separate entities. It's cool, it's almost like I have two full time hobbies...

So my Freelance start date is Monday the 21st - or tomorrow, in real money. I'm nervous, I'm excited, I really hope I don't fall flat on my face...

...At any rate, I figured now is the time to introduce the new writing blog, mention that I WON'T be stopping the rock hounding blog, and make a short post so that this page actually has something written on it so far.

You can expect honest reflections of what it is like working in the writing industry. I do online content, short stories, novels, basically everything short of writing research papers because that's where my patience ends. I might have hints and tips on writing and improving but you really will need to just read along and find out.

I don't like to plan things too much so I won't make any promises. Fate has a habit of laughing at my plans. I leave you with something to think about and mull over until next time...

Originality is finite but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it anyway.

Coronavirus has had us all go through some fairly traumatic experiences. I felt it was my duty to document this in a way that only a writer would think of. I had a wonderful review come back this week from the lovely Laura. For privacy reasons I will leave out her full name. She has my eternal thanks for volunteering to review me!
